Meeting of RCC Board. The regular quarterly meeting of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Board will hear a report by RCC Secretary General Hido Biscevic on the activities of the organization’s Secretariat since September 2010 and the information on the work planned for the next three months. The meeting will also discuss possible establishment of the High-Level Expert Group on Regional Development Projects in South East Europe as well as the draft budget of the RCC Secretariat for 2011.

Montenegro after the Commission’s Opinion: Policy Briefing organised by the European Policy center. With Gordana Djurovic, Minister for European Integration, Montenegro. The Commission’s assessment commends Montenegro’s progress in consolidating the rule of law and stable institutions, but important lacunae remain such as, first and foremost, organised crime and corruption. EP elections observation mission to Kosovo: Encouraging the people of Kosovo to participate in the upcoming elections to be held on 12 December and making sure that they "generally meet international standards" are the key messages of the EP delegation, composed of 7 MEPs, who will observe the general elections in Kosovo from 10 to 13 December. A press conference is scheduled for Monday 13 in Pristina.The EP delegation, headed by Doris Pack (EPP, DE), is composed of the following MEPs: Eduard Kukan (EPP, SK), Jutta Steinruck (S&D, AT), Francesco de Angelis (S&D, IT), Jelko Kacin (ALDE, SL), Fiona Hall (ALDE, UK) and Ulrike Lunacek (Greens, AT) who is also the EP's standing rapporteur on Kosovo.

Conference of National Councils of European Movement in South East Europe. The conference is a continuation of an initiative of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretariat and National Councils of European Movement from South East Europe, launched in May 2010, at the initial conference in Sarajevo. The meeting is being co-organized by the European Movement of Montenegro and the RCC Secretariat, under the auspices of the Montenegrin Chairmanship-in-Office of the South-East European Cooperation Process and with support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation. The event aims at exchanging ideas, and developing new models and projects for future cooperation among European Movements of the region and their national councils, European Movement International and national councils from other European countries, as well as other international, regional and local stakeholders.
