Results of 2009 EP Elections

European voters have elected their new Parliament for the next five years. If new forces have arisen, such as the ecologists or eurosceptics, the main political groups will most likely remain. Should the emergence of populist and eurosceptic parties be feared? Will the new composition of the European Parliament endanger EU enlargement?

To answer these questions, Jacki Davis, specialist of European politics from the European Policy Center (EPC) and former BBC journalist, comments the results of last nights elections and highlights what is to be expected from the coming weeks.

VIDEO'S DESCRIPTION: Interview with Jacki Davis, Communications Director at the European Policy Center (EPC).
