A revitalised European Global Fund to fight the crisis
Europe is going through one of the most challenging economic crises of all time. According to reports from the European Commission, the current crisis could lead to more than 8,5 million people losing their jobs by 2010. Europe’s specially designed recovery plan must help to relieve most of the social effects of the crisis. One of the most important tools in this recovery plan is the aid provided by the European Globalisation Fund.
