Financial crisis: One year after...
The Heads of EU States will gather on 17 September in Brussels for a extraordinary summit to try to coordinate their positions on the regulation of the banking sector before the G20 Summit of Pittsburgh (24-25 September). This week also marks the anniversary of the fall of Lehman Brothers in the US which opened one of the worse financial crisis to this day. What is the state of play today, after this first year of massive governmental intervention in the banking sector? Is the crisis behind us?
