Visa facilitation agreements between EU and Western Balkan countries work poorly in practice, according to the preliminary results of the project, presented by Kenan Hadzimusic from European Citizen Action Service (ECAS). ECAS has launched together with partner organizations in five Balkan countries a project called “Balkan Hotline - Visa facilitation agreement: Does it really matter?” aimed at monitoring how the visa facilitation agreements works in practice.
