RCC Annual Meeting: RCC Secretary General, Hido Biscevic, will present the organization’s Annual Report on regional cooperation in South East Europe 2010-2011 with emphasis on the results achieved in the implementation process of the RCC Strategy and Work Programme 2011-2013. The report is expected to be endorsed by the meeting participants, who will also exchange views on developments in regional cooperation in South East Europe within the framework of RCC and challenges ahead.

Summit of the SEECP Heads of State and Government: The meeting of the Heads of State and Government of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) is expected to endorse the Annual Report of the Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) on regional co-operation in South East Europe 2010-2011. The summit will mark the end of the one-year rotating Montenegrin SEECP Chairmanship-in-Office, which will be taken over by Serbia.
