Conference: ‘Preserving Historic Districts in Kosovo’ aiming at raising awareness about the need to preserve historic buildings in Kosovo. Representatives of the European Union, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO will participate as well as representatives of the Kosovo Government and municipalities. Expert speakers from Kosovo, countries of the region and of EU member States will make presentations or participate in the debates. The conference will conclude with the issuing of a statement, which will subsequently be handed to the authorities.

Conference - Chains of Migration: Migration and Idenity in the Post-Yugoslav Countries. This conference is organized as the final output of an international research and networking project: Challenging Identity Normativity, funded by the Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office Ljubljana (ASO), coordinated by the Faculty for Social Work at the University of Ljubljana. The main goal of this conference is to raise some pertinent questions in social sciences and humanities on the topic of migration and identities. 'Chains of migrations' articulates the multilayered social-political-economic reasons and effects of migration paths in/from the Balkans, especially: the continuity of migrations, serial migration, politics of monitoring migration, forced and undocumented migration etc.
